PAYMENT INFORMATION

Our only accepted payment method is PayPal and eBay Payments, to ensure your purchase is protected we will only deliver to your registered payment address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email and your purchase will be supported by a VAT invoice. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate. If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update your address in eBay / PayPal prior to placing your order. We will only ship to your registered eBay / PayPal address. In the event that your order has already been placed and an amendment is required, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched via a signed for express service. We aim to dispatch all orders the same day of order, but in all cases we guarantee to dispatch within 2 working days of cleared funds. Courier deliveries MUST be signed for, Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it from. Should your item be returned to us a redelivery charge will apply. For assistance with delivery, please contact our customer services team. We are unable to accommodate customer collections from our warehouse.

RETURNS

RTW Direct operates a strict hassle free returns policy allowing you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not 110% happy with your product, please contact our customer service. You will be given a free prepaid label to send your faulty or unwanted product back at no cost to you. Once the product has been received we can issue you with a full refund.
